Direct billing is available for many participating insurance plans. Eligibility and coverage depend on your specific plan. If a claim cannot be processed directly, you will receive a detailed receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Northstar is a private-pay clinic and does not bill WCB, motor vehicle insurers or AHS. Patients may still attend following a work or motor vehicle injury, but appointments must be paid privately or submitted through eligible extended health benefits.
