• Direct Billing Simplified: Northstar is set up for direct billing with most major insurance providers. If your insurer is not yet available for direct billing, you will receive a detailed receipt after your appointment to submit for reimbursement.

• Our Private-Pay Model: To ensure you receive uncompromised, 1-on-1 private room care with zero administrative delays, Northstar operates strictly as a private-pay clinic. Please note that we do not accept or process claims for WCB, MVA, or provincial AHS funding.

• Receipts: If your provider does not support direct billing, a fully detailed medical receipt with all necessary registration numbers will be emailed to you instantly for effortless manual reimbursement.
