Whether you are dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or trying to return to sport or activity, the goal is to give you a clear path forward.
What you can expect:
A thorough assessment
One-on-one care for the full appointment
Hands on manual therapy and dry needling when appropriate
Exercises specific to your goals
A clear plan for what to do between visits
Meet Chris
Northstar Physiotherapy was created to offer a more personal, focused approach to rehabilitation.
Before returning home to Calgary, Chris spent several years working in private orthopedic practice in Saskatchewan. His experience included helping people with everyday injuries, persistent pain, complex rehabilitation needs, and returning to work, sport, and the activities that matter to them.
Chris believes good care begins with listening carefully, assessing thoroughly, and helping people understand what may be contributing to their symptoms. Treatment is not simply about temporary relief—it is about building confidence, improving movement and capacity, and creating a plan that fits real life.
At Northstar, every appointment is with Chris directly. Your care remains consistent from visit to visit, and your treatment plan can evolve as you improve.
Chris’s approach is:
Practical
Evidence-informed
Exercise-based
Hands-on when appropriate
Focused on long-term confidence, not quick fixes
